And then there were three. Don (facilitator), Mike and Heather attended. Warm-up activity was trying to find out what was unusual about a submitted paragraph.
Write On topic was "Hope and Despair". Heather was up to her usual high standard with a cleverly constructed poem, well worthy of publication. Don wrote of hope and despair as defeatist emotions, the premise being that it is not about hoping and wishing for change, it's about having a belief in the future and in our ability to make it happen.

Discussion then focussed on preparation of the Journal. It was decided to
call a meeting for next Tuesday, June 6th to finalize details for completion of the Journal.

The wrap-up session before a summer lay-off for Write On meetings will be Tuesday June 14th.
